WE KNOW THE CHALLENGES OF A CHILDHOOD CANCER DIAGNOSIS

Kansas families who have a child in cancer treatment qualify for a gas card. 

Please note that a letter from your child's oncologist or hospital social worker will be required when applying.

It's easy! Just fill out the request form and provide the required documentation.  Click HERE to access the form.

Each card will be up to $250 depending on available funds. 

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed which can take up to two weeks. Please allow three to four  weeks to receive your card. 

At this time, families can apply once a year. This may increase to bi-annually as funding for Fueling the Fight increases.
