If so, you have come to the right place! With delicious food and snacks, raffles, door prizes and the option for a 2-night overnight stay, we guarantee you'll have lots of fun while crafting the weekend away!
All proceeds go to the Love, Chloe Foundation to help families navigating a childhood cancer diagnosis.

VIP Registration $165 / VIP Option Closes February 8, 2026
The VIP option includes all the amenities of upgraded registration PLUS 40 raffle tickets, an event shirt and early entry at 1pm on Friday!

You can choose to stay in a dorm-style room with other friends and a shared bath, which is included in the upgraded & VIP registration options. If you choose a dorm-style room, you will need to bring your own twin-sized bedding, pillow, bath towel and any toiletry items you will need. Bedding is also available to rent from Webster Conference Center.

Bring the supplies you need to craft the time away!
We supply everything else, including lots of food, fun and friendships - new and old!
You will have the opportunity to let us know who you want to sit by when you register.

Once you arrive, you will have an 8-foot or 6-foot rectangular table to accommodate your crafting needs!
You can craft throughout the day and night! Best of all, you never have to worry about loading all of your stuff before bed - just leave it on your table and come back the next day to begin again.
The outside doors lock at 10pm for security, but the crafting area remains open throughout the night for our crafty night owls.

Vendors are selected by invitation only.
Our vendors offer a wide variety of items, from scrapbooking and quilting supplies to home goods and cosmetics and more!
Vendors are required to be at the crop on Saturday, February 28th from 10am - 4pm. However, you can set up Friday afternoon and stay until Sunday afternoon or anytime in between.
Lunch is included on Saturday. If you are setting up early or staying for the weekend, you can purchase a Weekend Meal Package for only $25 per person.
Each vendor is asked to bring 2-$15 door prizes for each table they purchase. For example, a vendor with a double booth would be asked to bring 4-$15 door prizes.
We only allow one vendor per brand to be fair to those who have been vending at our event for many years.
